Construction and commercialization of solar wind dehydrators, giving added value to discarded agricultural crops. Designed using 200-liter barrels, recovered and recycled from the concentrated juice industry. We train communities and young graduates of technical schools, family members of farmers, in the construction and installation of low-cost solar wind dehydrators. Solar dehydration allows the agricultural producer to sell all year round, they can be kept in perfect condition for much longer time, than fresh fruit, the finished product has less volume because it does not contain water, greatly reduces its size and is easily transportable, with a lower logistics cost. It solves the feeding needs of marginal communities and generates job opportunities and social inclusion of young people struggling with uprooting, marginalization and the loss of cultural values.
