OKEA Innovation for farmers

A company founded by young agricultural engineers aware of the importance of the agricultural sector to the country’s development. Our mission is to promote sustainable agriculture by proposing a new fertilization strategy based on locally available raw materials, in order to improve agricultural production and achieve food security. Our vision is to transform agriculture in Madagascar and throughout Africa by promoting the widespread use of biostimulants to ensure food security and improve farmers’ incomes. The biostimulants manufactured by OKEA are used as a complement to conventional fertilizers. Their active ingredients are minerals extracted from seawater, a locally available and inexhaustible resource (particularly important for an island like Madagascar).
