The core team is currently in formation, with a clear roadmap for recruitment aligned with our production and commercial launch phases.We plan to incorporate key professionals in areas such as production and sourcing management, sales and customer service (both in-showroom and online), flat-pack logistics, product design, and communication. In parallel, we are building partnerships with local artisans to develop a complementary decorative product line rooted in Tanzanian craft.Our goal is to create a lean, skilled and purpose-driven team combining local talent and operational excellence, aligned with the values of sustainability, quality, and inclusive growth.
