Novum Genus Technologies Ltd (NG) has built a blockchain based, mobile first, payment ecosystem and ecommerce platform, for use in Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean, called NG Pay. NG has found that many entrepreneurs and SME’s don’t, or are hesitant to use digital payments due to the high associated costs for themselves and consumers. Further to this, most payment platforms are unable to meet businesses at their point of need while keeping costs down.
