The work team is formed by the founder Guillermo Negrete, as a responsible technician, and by his view a small group of enthusiastic farmers, driven by doing things well in his business, we have the support of companies dedicated to the field, to select the products that best fit the most efficient management, without affecting the farmer’s budget and its yields. To your view, this generates feedback among those involved in the system for continuous improvement. The main team is made up of the same producers, who, when satisfied with the results, promote the technologies among the community.
