The company was founded after the 30 year ethnic conflict in 2010 and is managed by a family who have 35 years experience in successfully building food business in rural settings and working with small farmer communities .The NLFF team consists of 100% locals from the region importantly creating off farm employment .
Over the years the company has built solid relationships with brand owners around the world creating access to quality markets . The products made by the company are sold in top end retail chains for over 20 years , proof of the successful & sustainable business model . At full capacity the company will directly employ 120 persons Majority Women & Youth and connect to 400
