Barbara Magnoni and Claudette Martines, our two founders have over 30 years of collective experience in financial inclusion. They have both collaborated in Mexico since 2016 as a team, mobilizing numerous teams to work in surveys and field research activities across the country, which has tested our operational capacity, logistics and teamwork.
Barbara leads the strategy and Claudette, the firm’s legal representative, reviews legal, administrative and financial issues for the operation.
Pillar Islands, Manager. Manager. With personal experience as an entrepreneur and extensive experience in sales responsible for digital financial services, he is responsible for the operation of the company.
Anahi Arteaga. Regional Supervisor. Experience in field work at the base of the pyramid, team management, elaboration of sales reports and reconciliations.
