Not to Be Included, A.C. (Life Full Puebla) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that was formed on March 21, 2001 and legally constituted on December 7, 2010. We have twenty-one years of experience in community work. Our main potential lies in being formed by a team of citizens and professional citizens of the sexual diversity that drives human development through affirmative actions of political and community incidence to improve social coexistence in our entity.
