Our core team includes:
Lars Hededam – CEO. Lars has a background and Masters in Development/Global Studies and has worked in the food manufacturing sector for several years. He has been based in Rwanda since 2015 and developed an extensive network in country.
Faisal Razzaq – Business Director. Is a Chartered Engineer with a Masters in Electrical Engineering with a background in large international engineering and renewable energy projects with experience in development projects since 2017.
We know that we need to build capacity on the ground to deliver this solution. That is why we have hired and built a team of Rwandan nationals since 2020. This includes a Communication, Finance, Supply Chain, Aquaponics and Technology Officer as part of our core team. Plus several caretakers on the farm to manage activities.
