Team Nickel Benin SARL is managed by its founder and CEO, an experienced entrepreneur who has developed several complementary businesses in Benin. The company currently has two operational divisions. Cleaning Division: a team of 8 people comprised of 7 field cleaning agents and a supervisor responsible for coordination and quality control. This division forms the operational foundation of the company. Tourism Division – Car’Ola: co-developed by the CEO and a partner with a Master’s degree in Fundamental Private Law and direct experience in the tourism sector. The team also includes a digital communications manager in charge of social media and online visibility. Car’Ola currently operates under the umbrella of Nickel Benin SARL, with the long-term goal of becoming an independent entity. In total, the company employs 11 people, combining field skills, legal expertise, sector experience, and digital proficiency.
