Nickel Benin has expanded its activities through a new product launched in June 2026, CAR’OLA TOURISME, which aims to be an independent company.
CAR’OLA offers guided cultural tours aboard equipped and connected tricycles across Benin’s top destinations: Ouidah, Porto-Novo, and Grand-Popo. Each circuit combines professional cultural guidance, onboard Wi-Fi, mobile charging, and local catering — all in one transparent package.
Benin’s tourism sector is growing at 20% per year, with a government target of 2 million visitors by 2030. Yet no structured, immersive, and affordable transport experience exists for tourists. CAR’OLA fills that gap. Already active with real clients and two hotel partnerships, we are positioned to become the reference for experiential tourism in Benin.
