We have all been in a situation where we had to queue in lines to receive services from enterprises and deal with long delays when processing our requests and also poor communication while dealing with those businesses, so hence having spent time feeling these pain points we developed an A web-based platform that performs customer support and cultivates the user data to automate responses and create datasets for marketing. Locally around $15 million is spent on customer support centers annually.
