Team The business is led by me, Madeline Pius Nyambacha, a trained Molecular Biologist and Biotechnology graduate from the University of Dar es Salaam (Class of 2023). I have experience in the production and management of hygiene products including soaps, sanitizers, disinfectants, and I am currently leading research and development of the Ndecho antibacterial IPA-based spray. I am responsible for overall business strategy, product development, production oversight, and external partnerships. I am supported by Elizabeth Bureta, who assists in production and day-to-day operations of the business, including preparation, packaging, and quality control of hygiene products. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth workflow and consistent product supply.
