Team NATUCO.SAS is driven by a small, committed and multidisciplinary team.The company is co‑founded by Kevin Dipama, Managing Director, in charge of strategy, partnerships and business development, and Kader Tiemtore, Co‑Founder and Head of Research and Development, responsible for innovation and product improvement. The team also includes Ouena Jérôme, in charge of design and production, overseeing packaging design, printing and manufacturing processes. In addition, NATUCO relies on a dedicated production team composed mainly of young women, contributing to operational activities while promoting women’s employment and skills development. This lean team structure enables NATUCO to remain agile, innovative and impact‑oriented while responding effectively to the needs of agro‑food SMEs.
