Team NCDI is a women-led organization with strong female representation across leadership and operations. The founding team combines expertise in GBV prevention, child protection, disability inclusion, livelihoods, WASH, health, advocacy and peacebuilding, with deep contextual knowledge of South Sudan. Our diverse and committed team ensures community trust, accountability and effective programme delivery in fragile and conflict-affected settings.
