Most Cambodian people cannot access to housing because the house price is expensive compare to annual earning. Land price also increasingly expensive while buying a home require high up front payment and not low interest rate for the people. In addition, vast majority of workers got no vocational training on building home and they just learn from each other. On top of that there is on construction material that simplify people to build by themselves.
