My AloeOlea – Regenerative Aloe, Powered by Women

My AloeOlea is a regenerative agro-industrial startup based in Tunisia, producing premium Aloe vera gel and powder for B2B cosmetic, nutraceutical, and wellness manufacturers in Europe and North Africa.

We cultivate Aloe barbadensis using an innovative agroforestry model, intercropping aloe beneath olive and almond trees to optimize land use, reduce water consumption, and regenerate soil. Our production is powered by solar energy, fully traceable, organically certified, and designed to meet EU regulatory standards.

What makes AloeOlea unique is its impact-driven model: our operations are entirely women-led, creating formal employment, fair wages, and long-term opportunities for rural women in a traditionally informal sector. By combining climate-smart agriculture with inclusive employment, we deliver both environmental resilience and social transformation.
