The project management team is composed by one Coordinator and the Project Manager, to be assisted by international Consultants. The Administrative and Financial Unit work with permanent secretariat. It comprises the following: 1) one Chairperson; 2) one Chairperson Co-Chairperson 3) one General Secretary; 4) The Communication Manager; 5) one Principal Engineer Coordinator; 6) three Engineers Coordinators; 7) The administrative and financial manager; 8) The accountant.
