The founder, Jeremies, brings over 15 years of experience in the travel industry as a tour guide and operator across multiple African countries, providing strong on-the-ground expertise and market understanding. Beyond the core team, Mowoki has built a structured network of over 150 local guides and 160+ drivers across multiple African countries. This operational layer allows us to deliver curated experiences, test mobility routes, and validate demand directly in the field. This hybrid structure — combining a central team and a distributed local network — is key to building a scalable and reliable travel infrastructure across the continent. As we grow, we are strengthening the core team, particularly in product and technology, to support platform development and expansion.
