MotorSport Academy Kenya Female Only Motorsport Academy Aimed At Empowering Women in Kenya

The female only MotorSport Academy Kenya is committed to empowering Women across the Country, and to establish female motorsport as a dominant force within Africa! The Academy Concept is fairly simple – to have all Academy Staff (Racers, Support Crew, Back-Office, Management, etc) to be female and from Kenya – a major step-forward within MotorSport, and unique worldwide! We want to make a positive impact on Women within Kenya, and to promote their ability to compete equally with Men in all areas. We are using a Sports Academy to do this, but are also including Education as a key pillar of the Academy. We believe that there is no reason that a woman can’t be just as successful, in any career, as her male counterpart.
In addition to the MotorSport side, we are creating an Academia component for the Academy, which will provide up to 3 x Academic Scholarships per year (Marketing, Design, Engineering, Business, Health & Nutrition).
