Mochiforge Sweet innovation, rooted in sustainability

Mochiforge (Pvt) Ltd is an early-stage tech startup based in Sri Lanka, founded by three Information Technology undergraduates specializing in Tech Product Development, Digital Marketing, and Data Science & AI. We are developing WasteZero, an AI-powered digital platform designed to reduce food waste in the food sector. Our solution leverages predictive analytics and machine learning to optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain operations for supermarkets, restaurants, and food suppliers. By addressing food waste, we aim to create a sustainable, circular economy in Sri Lanka while helping businesses improve profitability and reduce their environmental impact.
