MNB Ltd Magic mushrooms, a missed link to sustainably close the coffee cycle

Food insecurity for around 403.662 inhabitants including around 2.000 small coffee growers in Rubavu District in Rwanda:
– Insufficient food due to lack of agricultural land – less than 0.5ha/family for more than 2.000 coffe growers in Rubavu district. Also overpopulation due to successive displacements of populations caused by climatic rainfall disasters in Rubavu. The population density of the district is 1,039 people/ha.
– Low seasonal income once a year for thousands of coffee growers – less than $500 per year.
– Abundance of polluting organic waste from coffee washing factories in the Kivu region in Rwanda and DR C.
– Lack of jobs in the Rubavu peri-urban areas, especially for young graduates and those who have left school for various reasons.
