Team Miradinet is led by founder and CEO Jacob Motanya, an experienced infrastructure development professional and registered architect with more than 25 years’ experience in project structuring, feasibility studies, stakeholder coordination, ESG alignment and public-private project delivery. The core team is supported by senior advisers with expertise in agricultural economics, livestock value chains, business strategy, resource mobilisation, Kenyan liaison and ESG coordination. For the Bachuma DFZ Feedlot and Export-Grade Abattoir project, the team combines local project leadership, technical feasibility capacity, county stakeholder engagement and investment-readiness experience, while specialist consultants will be added for veterinary/SPS compliance, abattoir engineering, ESIA and commercial offtake structuring.
