Hello, my name is Lilian, founder of Millance Volunteer Hosting and Safaris, a women-led social enterprise based in Tanzania. We offer a unique blend of safari tourism and volunteer experiences, connecting international travelers with authentic African adventures while supporting local communities through education, cultural exchange, and empowerment projects.

At Millance, we believe that travel should not only be enjoyable — it should be impactful. That’s why we create experiences that allow visitors to explore Tanzania’s natural beauty while giving back to underserved communities. Through our programs, we empower local youth, promote cross-cultural understanding, and support grassroots development.
