Team MicrofinPro is built by ITExpert-LaptopExpert, a Tanzanian ICT business operating since 2016. The team is led by founder Christian Benedict Kavungushi, who drives product, technology and business development and has run the company profitably at operating level for years across software development, web development and ICT services. He is supported by a full-stack developer and a small team handling implementation, technical support and administration, currently engaged on a project and contractual basis. Together this team designed, built and deployed MicrofinPro — a live, working platform — and secured its first paying client. As we scale, our priority is to formalise key members into permanent roles and add dedicated B2B sales, customer-success and finance/compliance capacity, supported by an advisory board with financial-inclusion and scale-up experience.
