Menda Health Systems Ltd Community Health Entrepreneurship towards Universal Health Coverage

Access and availability of essential medicines and health products in developing countries is a well-documented problem, and if available, are of bad quality and/or too expensive. Moreover, people lack the information to make informed decisions about their own health.

Menda Health Systems via Santepreneurs (Community Health Entrepreneurship) aims to offer access to high quality, affordable medical devices, essential medicines, health products and information to enhance the health of people in Cameroon, especially the rural and peri-urban communities . We intend to achieve this by setting up an innovative, fair and reliable franchise concept, where local entrepreneurs run a business and have a stable income. Moreover, we establish our own logistic chain to supply the entrepreneurs, but at the same time supply medicines and medical supplies as wholesaler to public and private health facilities.
