Med Foods has a strong management team and committed employees.
Managing Director, Ms. Joyce Mmari started the company and has over 12 years of experience of processing various spices and nutritious flour.
The 2 other directors, Robert and Elirehema have considerable business and practical experience in the spice and flour industry. Robert has a Bachelor of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (BScP), and is trained for HACCP. He also possesses financial,accounting and project management knowledge and Elirehema is holding a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from UDSM.
We have a team of other 22 employees, among them including accountant, production and sales personel. The team is passionate about SHFs improvement in their incomes in the most sustainable manner. We are also planning to hire an experianced 2 extension officers and 1 marketing manager
