We are three friends from Santa Fe, Argentina, who love drinking Mate and took on the journey of transporting it across the globe. Agustín and I graduated together as Industrial Engineers. Agustín is a scrum master and the COO of the company. Salvador is the design team director and brand strategist. We have been working together for two years now. We lead an agile team of 10 professionals who truly believe in MateCaps and love drinking mate as well. We’ve succeeded at putting together a work team that is reliable and diverse, who trust our company’s culture and values. Some roles covered by our in-house crew are: copywriter, web developer, growth hacker, community manager, food engineer.
