Masters Janitorial Services is building Ghana’s first structured cleaning infrastructure company.

Today, cleaning across Africa is largely unstructured—driven by low-skilled labour, inconsistent results, and little use of systems or proper products. This leads to poor hygiene outcomes in offices, schools, hospitals, and public facilities.

We solve this by combining professional cleaning services with standardized systems, trained personnel, and the right chemicals and equipment. Beyond services, we generate revenue through product sales, training and certification programs, staffing solutions, and recurring services such as mat and carpet rental.

This integrated model allows us to control the full value chain—creating consistent results for clients while building multiple scalable and recurring revenue streams.
