The mission of LU.DEV is to seek the well-being of the Congolese population in general, that in rural areas in particular, and to combat the gradual degradation of the social life of this population, the almost generalised unemployment of young people, the lack of supervision of the peasant mass, food insecurity and the rural exodus in R D. Congo by the increase in agropastoral and environmental production, the training and the supervision of the young people who have been disworked through the establishment of social structures.
