Live Your Vision Start a small Business/ Create Employment

The unemployment rate in South Africa in 2019 was 28,7% and is forecast to increase to 40% by
December 2020 due to the Covid19 pandemic. That equates to 23,5mil unemployed people within a
few months. Starts ups and struggling businesses from impoverished communities will be put on a
10 week business course where they are exposed to Personal Mastery and EQ, Management & HR,
Marketing, Sales, Ethics and compliance, Soft Skills, Financial Management and more.
Participants are then required to take this information, apply it to their respective businesses and
present it to a panel. If approved, they proceed to the next phase of the program where they get
individual coaching and development.
