Equipo Lima Africa is led by a mission-driven team combining technical, operational, and grassroots expertise. Arnold Amon Shoko (CEO) is a marine scientist and circular agritech entrepreneur with a decade of experience designing regenerative food systems and farmer-financing models across East Africa. Catherine Fridolin (Head of Business Development & Partnerships) brings deep experience from WWF and Mwambao, leading gender-inclusive rural programs and access-to-finance initiatives. Together, they co-founded Lima Africa to de-risk smallholder farming through circular, climate-smart innovation. Their complementary skills, Arnold’s technical and operational leadership, and Catherine’s partnership and field engagement enable practical, scalable solutions that work for last-mile farmers.
