We support smallholder farmers through input credit financing under our Input–Market–Protection (IMP) model, enabling them to access regenerative farming inputs without upfront costs. Across Africa, rising fertilizer prices, degraded soils, and climate shocks are pushing thousands of farmers out of agriculture each year. Many can no longer afford quality inputs, while organic waste continues to accumulate in communities. We solve this by converting organic and agricultural waste into high-protein insect feed and organic fertilizer using the Black Soldier Fly (BSF). Farmers receive these inputs on credit, pay after harvest, and gain access to reliable markets through our circular supply chain. This approach helps farmers cut input costs by up to 40%, restore soil fertility, and increase yields by 25–30%, while creating green jobs in waste collection and processing.
