We are a team of 11 individuals, 8 of them live and work on our farms, doing the day to day operation. Yeny Fabra is in charge of the administrative and office management , Astrid Arroyo is in charge of the animal rotational planning and training and Luis Romero coordinates and manages the day to day operation of all the farms. Nelson E. Martelo is the general manager of LC and leader of the Savory Institute hub.
