LEDEC is manged by a Staff of 9 (the Executive Director, the Head of Programs, Monitoring and Evaluation, the Finance and Administration, six the Program Officers) and 10Volunteers who directly deal with rural farmers and groups and they are also involved in meeting clients/customers on regular basis.
