Our multidisciplinary team is our strength, enriching us with complementary experiences: Natalia Wray (Impact Manager) an anthropologist, has worked for more than 30 years in international cooperation related to peasant communities and indigenous peoples. Daniela (COO) and Violeta Moreno Wray (CEO) come from art and culture, with experience in production, which has given us good foundations to build our BIC company. All the experience we have, fueled by our relationship with art and the social, makes this project innovative and powerful. On the other hand, we have the advice of a food engineer for the standards of Good Manufacturing Practices, the future HACCAP. To guarantee a two-way dialogue that generates trust, we have formed a Board of Directors that participates in strategic decisions, within an inclusive institutional approach. As part of our directory we have Norris, Consultant in Conservation and Sustainable Development, Corinne Lebrun, expert in impact companies.
