Caitlin Seandel, Founder + CEO: Moved to Uganda in 2017 to work as a program manager for Women’s Microfinance Initiative, a micro lending NGO. She was in charge of financial management of US six-figure loan fund and operational budget, processes, board relations and partnerships on the ground. Before that worked in tech sales for an English startup based in San Francisco. In 2019 she moved to Kenya to launch Kuungana Technology.
Kenneth Waweru, CTO: Ken has built over 60 android app from nothing to market readiness and is the #1 Kotlin Developer on Github in Kenya. In 2020 he built a PoS for medium sized enterprises (don’t worry there is no conflict of interest). Caitlin and Ken have been working together since April 2022, they have a healthy and fun working relationship.
Dorothy Gitahi, Sales Lead: Dorothy has lead the onboarding of our beta testers, survey distribution and building of our market ready pipeline.
