Koprex Company Limited Internal Marketing of Cocoa and other Commodities

Koprex Company Limited was registered in the year 2013 to partake in the internal marketing of cocoa. In order to build the company, Koprex engaged in cocoa farming, equipment rentals and other commodities merchandise.
The company started cocoa buying franchise in the year 2021 with Worldwide Commodities by buying from the farm gate to the district level on behalf of worldwide. These enabled Koprex to acquire logistics and warehousing facilities.

Under the franchise arrangement Koprex purchased 10000, 13,000 and 8,000 bags in the years 2021, 2022 and 2023 respectfully from its farmers associations.

The company applied for Cocoa Buying Licence from Ghana Cocoa Board in the year 2023 and was granted Provisional Licence for logistics and warehousing certification.

After successful certification last year, the company has been granted Final Licence to officially partake in the internal marking of cocoa starting in the 2024/2025 crop season.
