Kobaa-Ok enterprise is an accessible rural farming business that: provides rural and urban communities with healthy organic vegetables by recycling food waste into compost for farming and also provides training on good agricultural practices to other local farmers in Wa West district. At Kobaa-Ok, we collect organic wastes from consumers especially hotels and restaurants which we process into compost and use it as fertilizer for growing our vegetables such as cabbage, green pepper, cucumber, etc throughout the year. We also sell the compost to other local farmers thereby helping reduce the cost they incur in purchasing inorganic fertilizers whiles increasing productivity.
The training we provide to farmers leads to the cultivation of high-quality vegetables and reduces post-harvest losses of vegetables among local farmers.

At Kobaa-Ok, practice crop rotation, cover cropping, and organic fertilization. This contributes to improving soil health and fertility.
