In Mexico, the loss of food amounts to more than 34% of the total annual production and the loss of jobs or the closure of sources of income increases every year, mostly affected by people with scarce resources and those sectors in a state of vulnerability.
Therefore, the Kee Staa project aims to develop healthy snacks based on dehydrated vegetables, in order to take advantage of local production, giving added value to these byproducts, improving the local economy with agreements with small producers and generating decent jobs for vulnerable sectors of the region such as women, older adults and people in rehabilitation for drug addiction. Providing a healthy food aimed at men and women between 25 and 35 years old, who seek to improve their food.
