TeamWe have a small yet dedicated and experienced team of 9 full-time workers who support daily operations these full time staff handle critical tasks such as chick brooding, feeding, cleaning, vaccination, debeaking, record-keeping and everyday farm tasks.We also have 6 part-time workers who support and assist operations like Bookkeeping, Sales, Marketing ,Paravet and Technical support staff. This structure allows us to maintain consistent quality and manage large flock sizes efficiently while staying flexible as we scale.
