The company was founded by Mr. Winfrey Kambewu Kanyinji, a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong background in organic fertilizer production, having held key roles in companies like Mbwire Organic Fertilizer Production Company and B and H Organic Fertilizer Production Company. Under his leadership, Kambewu Organic Fertilizer has grown significantly since its inception in 2008. The management team includes Roselyn Kanyinji, the Executive Director and Managing Director, who is currently pursuing an MSc and holds a BSc Hons along with a Certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship. With seven years of experience, she expertly oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business management. Judith Kambewu, the Operations Manager, brings her Diploma in Agriculture to the table, where she supervises production activities, ensuring
