The project includes modern collection, sorting, cold storage, packaging, and quality control systems for fruits, vegetables, and grains. All organic waste is fully transformed into value-added products such as animal feed, organic fertilizer, and eco-friendly charcoal, ensuring a zero-waste model. The venture also integrates renewable energy solutions including solar power and biogas to support sustainable operations. In addition, KAI STANDARD provides farmer training on post-harvest handling, value addition, and modern agribusiness practices. By connecting production, processing, energy, and knowledge, the project increases farmer incomes, improves food security, and builds a resilient and sustainable agricultural value chain.
