Joes Greens Farm Investment Organic fruit-veggies farming and processing to nutritious products

JGFI is dedicated to enhance food safety and security and at the same time inspired to alleviate poverty at a community of small scale fruit and vegetables producers. We are running a 6 acres organic demo farm as well as a small fruit and vegetables processing factory at Songwe-Tanzania We aim to contribute reduction of post harvest loss (economic losses to fruit and vegetables farmers) as a result of fruits/vegetables decay in southern highland Tanzania at least 10 by 2025. To achieve this, we are excelling to expand our venture of processing as well as raising awareness to farmers on vale addition of fruits and vegetables to have long shelf life. This will help them be able to fight against unfavorable market prices during high seasons while ensuring availability of yields during low seasons of production
