We propose a human resources management application that facilitates social life within the company and boosts internal communication. Starting with a dematerialization of the HR function from A to Z. The application is designed in the form of two parts: 1-administration of personnel (employee management, documents, leave, remuneration, internal communication …) 2-staff development (recruitment, integration, evaluation of staff …). Our application differentiates itself from its competitors thanks to its highly reflective UX UI design and its innovative features.
