Innovation Streams Limited Integrating patient safety and universal health coverage

Stre@mline is a mobile and web based e-health platform that enables people in resource poor settings to sign up and save for their health care using mobile money. Clinicians at a hospital use stre@mline to capture patient data in a digital format. The data is studied using artificial intelligence techniques to uncover potential savings and optimisation areas to deliver high quality and affordable health care.

Our mission is to organise Uganda’s/ Africa’s health care data so that patients can access affordable high quality health care. 
Our vision is; An integrated electronic health record for every patient in Uganda.
