Construction companies in Benin manage their sites with Excel, WhatsApp and paper notebooks, while their accounting is outsourced to external firms working with incomplete data. INEOTECH has developed BTPManager, West Africa’s first vertical ERP system for the construction industry, natively integrating 9 business modules – from site follow-up to SYSCOHADA accounting – with standardized invoicing in line with Benin and Côte d’Ivoire tax requirements.
Already deployed with two paying customers (VICO Entreprise and KAM-us, 25 active users), BTPManager is available from 3,000,000 FCFA, i.e. 10 to 20 times less expensive than equivalent international solutions. With the support of RISE, we are targeting 32 active customers in 3 countries by 2027, with sales of 129 million FCFA.
