Team The in24 team brings decades of experience in microfinance, micro-asset lending, and last-mile distribution in Africa. As former CEOs and senior executives of MFIs, microbanks, and PAYGo companies, we combine deep expertise in credit operations, SME finance, and technology-enabled lending. Over the past three years we have worked closely together through Micro Asset Finance Lab, supporting more than 40 PAYGo companies and MFIs across Africa. This work combines rigorous microfinance discipline with practical last-mile distribution experience. Our network spans distributors, banks, investors, and sector partners, enabling rapid market entry and scalable receivable financing. Leadership incentives are tied to portfolio quality and customer outcomes, ensuring disciplined and sustainable growth. The core team consists of Willem Nolens, Koen Wasmus, Alex Galicier, Nuno Lopes, and Marie-Désirée Mosso.
