Our core “diagnostics as a service” model can be summarized into 3 steps:
1. Partner with 3rd party diagnostic manufacturer disrupting legacy diagnostics landscape
2. Integrate device into our proprietary tech platform
3. Place device at peri-urban clinic and / or pharmacy level with financing (this usually consists of fixed monthly payments spread across 24 months)
