Hi, I certify competencies. In a world where we don’t have time to loose, my solution is to verify and certify that a job seeker has the relevant competency for the position. The solution will help both sides of the story: It helps the company to gain time while recruiting and be sure that the new employee (it can also be applied to old ones) are competent enough. It helps also job ssekers to be “certified” as competent from a third party and to have their name with unique identification and QR code on a data base. This data base is open in order to give the opportunity to the companies to check the profiles.
